RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
You're welcome to return your tray/s in unused, as good as new, saleable condition, if you're not 100% happy. Contact Us within 14 days of receiving your order and return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. All shipping costs will be born by the buyer.

Please ensure that the tray is packaged as well as it was when it was delivered to you, to avoid any damage on the return journey, as strictly no refunds will be issued for damaged goods.

REFUND TIME
You can expect to receive your refund within 1 week of our receiving your returned item, however in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. You will be refunded into the same account from which your original payment was made. 

PROCESSING TIME

SHIPPING
UK FREE SHIPPING: We use the Royal Mail 24 hour service, where deliveries take 1 to 2 days after we dispatch your trays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We use the Royal Mail tracked service. Delivery times vary according to country, but usually arrive within a couple of weeks after dispatch.
Europe: 3-4 working days
US & Canada: 5-7 working days
Australia & New Zealand: 5-7 working days

DELAYS
Please be aware that once we've shipped your product we are at the mercy of the postal services. There may be deliveries delays due to Royal Mail postal strikes, CoVid related staff shortages, customs procedures in international countries and of course the sheer volume of online orders in the run up to Christmas.

LARGE ORDERS
We may use UPS for larger order numbers, where shipping rates may be based on total weight.

DAMAGED ITEMS
In the rare event of items being damaged during transport (we package well), trays can be replaced by providing emailed photographic evidence of the damage within 3 days of delivery, to help us with our Royal Mail insurance claim.
